Company Background

In 1996, Hongkong Land joined Jardine Davies, Metrobank, Equitable Bank & San Miguel Properties in forming Jardine Land. The joint venture focused on strategic land banking & the development of premium middle-income housing in the Philippines.  In 2005, Hongkong Land acquired Jardine Davies’ interest in Jardine Land and became the single largest shareholder, owning 40%.

Enforcing the joint venture’s renewed commitment to provide high-quality residential developments in the Philippines, the Company name Jardine Land, Inc. was changed to NorthPine Land, Inc. in 2006.  Through the years, NorthPine Land has built a solid reputation for distinction, quality and value for money.

Currently, NorthPine Land has several ongoing horizontal developments, namely Greenwoods, Forest Ridge, South Hampton, Kohana Grove, Kahaya Place, Wind Crest, Montana Views and Montana Strands.

Greenwoods Village is NorthPine Land’s largest housing project. Comprised of more than 80 hectares, this Mediterranean-themed development is located in the booming city of Dasmariñas, Cavite and has seven communities: Greenwoods, Greenwood Heights, Parkview, Rosewood, Norfolk Ridge, Primrose Place and The Prime, the latest addition to the Greenwoods residential clusters.

Forest Ridge is a 10-hectare neighborhood in Brgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City. The property has a commanding view of the city, despite being only 45 minutes away from Manila. The project carries a tropicalized American Country theme.

South Hampton is a Victorian-inspired development situated in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The 5-hectare project is reminiscent of the classic English period but modernized with innovative architecture.

Kohana Grove is NorthPine Land’s first Modern Asian-inspired project development. It spans around 9.4 hectares of land located in Silang, Cavite. Kohana Grove is only 20-minute drive away to Tagaytay City that is renowned for its cool climate and various tourist destinations.

Wind Crest is a prestigious community that offers Modern American Country houses with sunny hues, porches and corner windows on its structural design. This 6.5-hectare property can be found within the neighborhood of Greenwoods in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

Kahaya Place, a stunning Modern Asian community, is NorthPine Land’s latest townhouse project located in Dasmariñas City. This 11.4 hectare property development stands as a residence of promise because of its access to various relevant establishments such as schools, hospitals, government offices, business districts and malls.

Montana Views, an 8.2-hectare residences, is NorthPine Land’s maiden project in Central Luzon that nestled in the City of San Fernando and Mexico, Pampanga. This very first community of the Montana line-up offers a Modern American Country living through its dazzling houses and attractive amenities. A picturesque view of the majestic Mount Arayat also awaits at your doorstep.

Montana Strands is the latest project of NorthPine Land to date. As the company’s second vanguard in Central Luzon, This 5.8 hectares of land is a neighboring community of Montana Views in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. It also presents a gorgeous Retro Modern line-up of model houses that depict a contemporary architectural structure with exuding classic design.

NorthPine Land also developed Lexington, a joint venture with Greenfield Development Corporation.  This 8-hectare master planned community in Pasig City is composed of single-detached homes.  Lexington was completely sold out in 2008.
