Owning a house is stress-free at NorthPine Land with these easy steps:
  1. Choose a property from Our Communities Page.
  2. Contact +632 6371531 or +63917 7278888. You may also email sales@northpineland.com. (If initial contact was through a Property Associate, you may contact him / her.)
  3. A Property Associate will get in touch with you and schedule a product presentation, pricing, payment options and other related information.
  4. The Property Associate will schedule a tripping for a better appreciation of the project, amenities, location and nearby notable establishments.
  5. After your preferred property’s availability is confirmed, our Sales Support Officer will release the official computation to the Property Associate.
  6. Once you have agreed on the particular unit, location and payment terms, you will sign and fill up the following documents:
    • Reservation Agreement
    • Computation Sheet
    • Personal Information Sheet
    • House Specifications and House Layout (if applicable)
    • Full Reservation payment
  7. You will need to submit the following within 30 days:
    • 2 Valid IDs
    • Recent proof of billing address
    • Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate
    • COE / Pay slip
    • Post-dated checks (for DP period)
    • Notarized Special Power-of-Attorney (if applicable)
    • Bank Statement
  8. Upon approval of the Reservation Agreement, you will then be asked to sign a Contract to Sell and Deed of Restrictions.
  9. Choose from among our available financing options:
    • BANK LOAN – NorthPine Land has been accredited by most of the major and leading banks in the country that provide affordable home loan facilities.
    • PAG-IBIG – NorthPine Land has been accredited by the Home Development Mutual Fund / PAG-IBIG that offers longer payment terms
    • IN-HOUSE TRAINING – NorthPine Land itself caters to reasonable pricing options to buyers.
  10. Once the house is constructed, NorthPine Land will send you a Notification for a joint inspection to verify if all commitments were delivered.
  11. You are now ready to move in to your own house!
  12. Upon full payment of the total contract price, the Deed of Absolute Sale will be executed, transferring the title in your name, your lifelong dream has come true!
