Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Help assist the Head in positioning the company as one of the trusted players in the industry 
  • Help effectively establish the corporate image of the company 
  • Effectively promote and strategically market the company’s projects thru ads, collaterals and signs 
  • Provide excellent service to internal and excellent stakeholders 
  • Provide key venues for Sales Events 
  • Assist in all logistics preparations for all Sales & Marketing events

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably with PRC license
  • At least two (2) years related work experience in Real Estate business
  • Must have knowledge in processing Building Permits, Certificate of Occupancy and Meralco
  • With effective written and oral communication skills
  • Results-oriented and has keen analytical skills
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and possesses strong work ethic
  • Professional Driving License an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer and monitor project maintenance and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep RFOs and model units of entire project
  • Turn over house units to clients timely and appropriately
  • Coordinate with Customer Care and Construction Dept. on schedule of pad pouring as well as punch listing and house inspection of units for turn over
  • Immediately take action on homeowner complaints and implement solutions fast

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year law/management-related courses
  • Must be keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethics and integrity
  • Can effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (management, employees and customers)
  • Willing to work beyond office hours if the need arises
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Will perform various duties for legal unit which include coordinating with a variety of groups and other support units
  • Assist in the notarial requests and services
  • Search and review any legal documents for its accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in submission of legal documents to external offices
  • Provide administrative and legal support to the Company Lawyer
