CLIENT REQUEST PROCESS


NorthPine Land thru its Customer Care Department is welcome to your requests. For efficient assistance please be guided on the following procedures:

  1. Secure Client Request Form from the Customer Care Department.
  2. Completely fill-up the form including details of request.
  3. Customer Care Officer shall initially assess the request prior to signatories’ review & approval.
  4. Result shall be communicated two days from receipt of written request.
  5. Fees if applicable shall be paid prior to implementation of approved request.


COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCESS


Help us improve our service to you. Submit your concerns to Customer Care by doing the following procedures:

  1. Completely fill-up the details of concern in the Complaint Form.
  2. The Customer Care Officer shall conduct a brief interview on housing complaints to confirm validity of requested action.
  3. The Customer Care shall immediately transmit the complaint on the system and shall monitor accomplishment of committed action.
  4. The Customer Care shall advise a tentative completion date and shall regularly update the buyer of the progress.
  5. A Service Report shall be signed by buyer as proof of acceptance of action.
