- Secure Client Request Form from the Customer Care Department.
- Completely fill-up the form including details of request.
- Customer Care Officer shall initially assess the request prior to signatories’ review & approval.
- Result shall be communicated two days from receipt of written request.
- Fees if applicable shall be paid prior to implementation of approved request.
Help us improve our service to you. Submit your concerns to Customer Care by doing the following procedures:
- Completely fill-up the details of concern in the Complaint Form.
- The Customer Care Officer shall conduct a brief interview on housing complaints to confirm validity of requested action.
- The Customer Care shall immediately transmit the complaint on the system and shall monitor accomplishment of committed action.
- The Customer Care shall advise a tentative completion date and shall regularly update the buyer of the progress.
- A Service Report shall be signed by buyer as proof of acceptance of action.
