With the company’s project milestones, skyrocketing sales, and successful events, NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI) truly had a thriving and rewarding 2018. The company and its sellers looked back and celebrated the fruitful year during the recently concluded Third Quarter Sales Awards held at Crimson Hotel in Muntinlupa City.
More than the glitz and glamour during The Greatest Showman-themed event, the night was quite emotional as the company culminated one of its most successful years to date. It was a victorious night as the third quarter winners were revealed and the company’s feats were celebrated.
Early in 2018, the company launched Montana Strands, its newest lifestyle development in San Fernando City, Pampanga. Families and individuals looking for home in the North saw the beauty of living in this retro modern-inspired community. This, in effect, boosted and accelerated NLI’s sales efforts and generation which helped the company hit its sales target.
NorthPine Land also continued on improving the way homeowners live in their communities. An elegant Lifestyle Complex now stands at Kohana Grove in Silang, Cavite. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Lifestyle Hub, a new amenity which will rise at Montana Views in Pampanga, was also carried out.
Aileen B. Morales, NorthPine Land’s AVP for Sales Operations acknowledged the sellers for all these breakthroughs, “It was a year full of achievements for NorthPine! It was a tough ride but together, we rose above the limits. We have made a number of dreams come to life this year and that’s the biggest vision we realized. We are proud of NorthPine Team for finishing strong in 2018!”
Hyping up the celebratory mode, the much-awaited awards and premiums were given to the top performing sellers. Ma. Angelic Sabillo of In house South bagged the Top Broker Head Award. Meanwhile, K & L Covenant Partner Marketing Co., headed by Kyrie Ching won the Phoenix Award. The group has taken home the most prestigious award for two consecutive quarters now. The victors of the newest distinction titled the Midyear Challenge Winner were Triune Realty headed by Ronald Macasieb, In house South led by Ma. Angelic Sabillo, and K & L Covenant Partner Marketing Co of Kyrie Ching. These were the teams which hit the 100 million-mark by the first half of 2018.
Capping off a victorious 2018, NorthPine Land is highly driven to pull off another successful year. The company is definitely up for the pressure and challenge to step up its game and to make more dreams come to life this 2019.
